Job Description

Mega Flour Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our Director. Responsibilities include managing the Director’s calendar, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and arranging business trips. Additionally, you will handle confidential correspondence, maintain filing systems, and act as the first point of contact for calls and visitors. This role requires discretion and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
