Job Description

UOA Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Executive to oversee daily operations within our housekeeping department. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and compliance with health & safety standards.

Job Scope:

• Supervise operations related to guest rooms and public areas.
• Conduct inspections and assign tasks based on occupancy.
• Train and support housekeeping staff.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Report maintenance issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping.
• Supervisory experience (2-3 years).
• Strong leadership skills.
