Quess Global Malaysia is seeking a skilled Automation and Chatbot Specialist to develop chatbot workflows for E-Hailing Support. Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in product reviews
Align SOPs with business analysis
Create bug-free workflows
Conduct statistical analysis
Present findings to stakeholders

Requirements:

Diploma in IT or related field
3 years’ experience
Proficient in JavaScript, JSON, and HTML
Strong problem-solving skills
Effective communication
