Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee daily operations at Segi Cash & Carry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure high-quality customer service.
- Supervise staff schedules and operations.
- Monitor sales performance and report to management.
- Handle stock management and inventory checks.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Train staff for optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM; diploma is an advantage.
- Experience in management or retail sales preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM5,00.00/month
