Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To prepare reconciliation for trade creditors.
- To perform daily data entry, including account payables, receivables, bank reconciliations and closing of accounts.
- To update accurate monthly uninvoiced PO tender.
- To order consignment notes, courier bag and stationaries stock within the budget.
- To ensure all consignment notes and stationaries used are listed inside respective Log Book.
- To assist in accounts monthly closing.
- To be fully responsible for providing full documents before sending for payment.
- To monitor Credit Note requisition and original invoice with supplier.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,800.00 per month
