Job Description
SB Machines Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Call Center Executive to deliver exceptional customer support. Responsibilities include logging engineer calls, coordinating service appointments, and maintaining customer interaction reports.
A Diploma in Business Studies or related field is required, along with at least one year of customer service experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. We seek candidates with excellent communication skills in English and a proactive attitude.
This is a permanent position with competitive pay between RM2,400.00 – RM2,600.00 per month.
