Job Description

Location: Kajang, Selangor

Salary: RM 1,800 – RM 2,300 / month (depending on experience & responsibility)

We are seeking a competent Main Admin to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including project tracking, invoicing, and client coordination. You will work closely with the company owner to ensure smooth operations and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and manage project orders.
• Handle e-Invoice submissions and basic GST/SST.
• Liaise with clients through various communication channels.
• Maintain digital filing systems and track cash flow.

Requirements: Diploma in Admin/Business/Accounting with 2+ years of experience. Strong Excel and Google Docs skills are preferred.
