Job Description
Skill Quotient Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Executive to assist in customer migration activities. Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, validating company profiles for data migration, managing customer issues, and preparing status reports.
Requirements: Proficient communication skills in English and Bahasa, and experience in MS Office.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 9 am – 6 pm; Alternate Sat: 9 am – 1 pm.
Contract Type: 12-month, up to RM2,500.00/month.
