Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of compensation structures, gather and analyze data for market benchmarking, and assist with salary reviews and adjustments. Coordinate benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries. Enhance employee handbook and HR policies, assist in annual performance management, and handle ESOS matters.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a professional handling of sensitive information are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
