Job Description
Company: SPR Communication SDN BHD
We are seeking a dedicated Online Customer Service professional to join our team in the Mobile Phone Repair Industry, where training is provided. As a key part of our customer service, you will respond to inquiries from our large customer base and help close deals without needing to source customers yourself.
Age Requirement: 25 to 35 years old
Requirements:
- University graduate
- Available to respond within 5 minutes
- Trilingual: Chinese, Malay & English
- Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint
- Familiar with social media platforms
Compensation: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 monthly, based on successful deals and performance bonuses.
