Job Description
Join our team at the new Parkson store in Empire Damansara as a Customer Service Associate! You will manage daily customer service counter operations, ensuring that it is consistently staffed, organized, and compliant with procedures. Your role involves handling customer inquiries, feedback, returns, and redemptions, all while supporting promotions and loyalty programs.
Collaboration with other departments is essential to meet store needs. You will maintain records, respond to emails, and ensure all policies and guidelines are followed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM1,850.00 per month
