JOHAWAKI HOLDING SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Total Rewards and Performance Management Manager. This role involves leading the development of total rewards strategies, managing performance management systems, and ensuring competitive pay structures through job evaluations and salary benchmarking. You will oversee benefits administration and collaborate with HRBP and Talent Management to align rewards with performance.
Requirements include a minimum of 8–10 years in HR with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management, alongside experience with job evaluation methodologies and familiarity with Malaysian labor laws.
