Job Description
IFCA MSC Berhad is seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist. This role involves researching and reaching out to potential leads through online research, social media, and industry events.
Your responsibilities will include managing a database of potential clients and tracking lead conversion rates to meet KPIs.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience in a call-center or similar environment, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, strong communication skills, and sales capabilities.
