Job Description
We are seeking passionate individuals to join City World Trading as a Customer Service Operation in Puchong. This role requires working 6 days a week from 9 AM to 7 PM, with an immediate reporting date.
Salary ranges from RM 3,00 to RM 3,500 per month. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service via email, chat, and phone, handling inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams.
Applicants should possess a Diploma, A-Level, or Degree in Business Administration. Fluency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin is required.
