Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care & Experience Manager to join the KPJ Kajang Specialist Hospital team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer experience strategy, process transformation, and performance improvement management.
- Manage qualitative patient feedback, facilitating actions for continuous improvement.
- Deliver service quality training across all service areas.
- Manage customer engagement effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree / Diploma in any field.
- Preferably 2-3 years experience in Customer Service / Hospitality Environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM4,450.00 per month
