Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Group Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include preparing reports, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. The PA will also act as a liaison between the Managing Director and other staff, making excellent communication skills essential.
The successful candidate should possess strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a high level of discretion. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
