Job Description
Overview: Join Horuz Technology Sdn Bhd and build strong customer relationships. Address concerns, collaborate with teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a link between customers and internal teams.
- Meet daily calls KPI.
- Identify up-selling opportunities (Commission base).
- Analyze feedback for improvements.
- Monitor accounts and ensure accurate billing.
Preferred: Not married & women only.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From RM1,800.00/month
