Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the overall HR functions of our company. Your main duties will include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment and selection process, including preparing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, paperwork, and training.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
- Monitor and track employee attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
- Manage and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Executive.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office.
