Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and independent Brand Operations Manager to support the daily operations and growth of BLACK COBRA. Acting as the “right hand” to the owner, you will make decisions that impact the brand’s future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including order processing and customer service.
- Manage suppliers and inventory levels.
- Develop monthly marketing campaigns.
- Analyze performance data for improvements.
- Recruit and train team members.
Requirements: Strong leadership skills, e-commerce experience, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: RM2,200.00 – RM3,00.00/month
