Job Description

Focus Chemical Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring timely order delivery. You will issue delivery orders and invoices using the Autocount system.

Requirements: diploma or bachelor’s degree, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month. Benefits include promotion opportunities and professional development.
