About the Job
- A newly created position
- Reporting to the Head of Shared Services
- Managing a team of >20 Digital & Marketing Shared Service team members
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the global Marketing & Digital shared services team
- Work with the Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Digital Experience & Loyalty, and the Head of Shared Services to ensure key priorities and objectives are understood and the team is set up to achieve these
- Liaise with relevant teams to define and refine the team’s scope and KPIs
- Communicate role responsibilities and KPIs to Shared Service employees, as agreed
- Track and report on the KPIs set on a regular basis
- Manage virtual team board or environment to provide and maintain visibility across the global shared services team
- Meet with Team Leads within the tower regularly to set learning goals, provide advice, shared feedback, manage performance, drive strong performance, and employee experience
- Define demand and hire appropriate shared services staff for business needs
Skills and Experience Required
- Tertiary education
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on operations and strategy implementation
- Proven experience in managing a large team effectively to achieve strong results and a positive employee experience
- Excellent people skills, demonstrated excellence in the field, experienced working effectively in international teams
