Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager for Merchandising Operations & GTM. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing merchandising strategies, ensuring smooth operations, and driving growth across various channels.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in developing and implementing merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective inventory management and timely stock replenishment.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Managing relationships with suppliers and negotiating competitive pricing and terms.
- Ensuring visual merchandising is executed according to brand guidelines and standards.
- Preparing regular reports and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record in merchandising operations. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
