Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead, manage, and inspire our sales team at Agensi Pekerjaan NS Shue Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will develop effective sales strategies to drive revenue and expand market share while monitoring sales performance and analyzing trends.
The Sales Manager will provide training, mentoring, and coaching to sales advisors, handle high-level customer negotiations, and collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
