Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee relations, and performance management.
Key responsibilities include developing HR policies, conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will also play a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture.
Ideal candidates should possess a degree in Human Resources or a related field, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of HR best practices. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
