Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting and administrative tasks
• Accurately record daily transactions in the accounting system
• Handle monthly payments, bank reconciliations, and data entry
• Perform bookkeeping and manage office inventory
• Prepare customer orders and necessary documentation
• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers
• Knowledge of e-invoicing is a plus
