Job Description
Shui Xing Ventures Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Property Administrator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support by preparing documents, filing, and managing external communications. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, assist in property listings, and promptly address tenant inquiries.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years admin experience, proficiency in ViewPoint, MS Word, and Excel; Chinese speakers preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude are essential.
This full-time position offers a salary of RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month, Monday to Friday.
