Job Description
As a Jr Sous Chef – Pastry, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and creation of delicious pastries and desserts. Working closely with the Head Pastry Chef, you will help develop new recipes, ensure high-quality production, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pastry section.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of pastries and desserts.
- Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef in developing new recipes.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all pastry items.
- Maintain a clean and organized pastry section.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Relevant culinary degree or certification.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong passion for pastry and dessert creation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
