Job Description

Duties:

• Attends to all incoming calls and route calls appropriately to pertinent individual.
• Sorts all incoming mails/courier service and ensure distribution is made to the right recipient
• Handle walk-in at reception counter, welcoming visitors with greetings, clear direction, and address them appropriately.
• Set up meeting rooms for all meetings and assist in event management
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, record keeping, and distribution of items to internal colleagues
• Interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, suppliers, and customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Good customer service attitude with a pleasant, helpful, friendly personality, professional, and tidy appearance.
• Fresh graduates will be considered.
• Indian female candidates based in/near PJ preferred
• Must have own transport
• Must be below 30 years old

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Salary: RM2,00.00 per month
