Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Leader – Order to Cash. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Order to Cash process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the team’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Order to Cash professionals
- Monitor and ensure the timely processing of orders and invoices
- Review and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the Order to Cash cycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Order to Cash or similar positions
- Strong knowledge of Order to Cash processes, including order management, credit control, billing, and collections
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
