Job Description
Join Johnson Controls as an Inside Sales Representative and play a crucial role in supporting our customers by identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that our proposals meet customer requirements while adhering to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary contact for clients, answering queries and providing technical advice.
- Engage with customers and partners to enhance sales negotiation skills.
- Provide solutions for commercial and technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze cost-benefit ratios to propose improvements.
- Offer solutions and services to both new and existing clients.
We are looking for candidates with 2-6 years of experience in inside sales and a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering.
