Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Contact Center SME to guide and support our customer service team at Concentrix. This vital role focuses on enhancing team performance through training, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on contact center operations and technologies.
- Develop and conduct training programs for agents.
- Monitor agent interactions for quality assurance.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
- Analyze performance metrics for management insights.
- Assist with challenging customer inquiries and escalations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for service enhancement.
Location: MYS Cyberjaya
Language Requirements: English (Required), Malay (Required)
Time Type: Full-time until 2025-06-30
