Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tour Operation Executive at PRIDES TOUR SDN BHD. As a Tour Operation Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of tour operations, ensuring smooth and seamless travel experiences for our clients.
Your main responsibilities will include liaising with airline and hotel partners to secure bookings, managing transportation logistics, and creating detailed itineraries for each tour. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling any issues that arise during the tour, such as flight delays or cancellations, and finding suitable alternatives for our clients.
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders in the travel industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are also crucial in order to effectively manage multiple tour operations simultaneously.
