Job Description
Are you organized, proficient with a keyboard, and enjoy a variety of tasks throughout your day? Cosmo Trading & Services, a small but busy team, is seeking an Admin Clerk to assist in maintaining smooth operations both in our office and online shop.
Responsibilities include:
- Data entry and document filing
- Answering phone calls
- Preparing and organizing paperwork
- Assisting with invoicing and bookkeeping
- Managing the online shop, including order processing and customer inquiries
- Other general office duties as needed
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities

- Ability to work independently
