Job Description
Join Rembau Cargo & Packing Services Sdn Bhd as an Air Freight Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will handle air freight pricing quotations, manage operations, liaise with overseas agents and clients, and ensure the seamless management of shipments and logistics. Your responsibilities include tracking shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring excellent communication with clients.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of RM1,700.00 – RM3,00.00 per month. Benefits include a flexible schedule, maternity leave, and meal allowance. Applicants should have at least 1 year of customer service experience and be willing to travel 75% of the time.
