Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager (Infusion Therapy) to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of infusion therapy products within our organization.
You will be involved in every aspect of the product lifecycle, from conducting market research to identify customer needs and competitors, to defining product roadmaps and strategies. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and understand competitor offerings.
- Define product roadmap and strategy based on market insights and business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop and improve infusion therapy products.
- Work closely with marketing team to develop go-to-market plans and support product launches.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback, making necessary adjustments as needed.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in product management, preferably within the medical device industry. You should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams and driving product development initiatives.
