Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Cabin Crew Admin to join our team at AirAsia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warranty services for purchased vacuums, battery management including charging and replacement, and liaising with the Cabin Crew Department for general support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage warranty services for purchased vacuum cleaners.
• Oversee battery charging and replacements.
• Coordinate with CCE at hubs for service replacements.
• Support the Cabin Crew Department as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM holder.
• Computer literate with excellent communication skills.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work in shifts.
