Job Description

FIXSENSEI is seeking a dedicated Technical Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate must have some experience in repairing electronic devices and be fluent in English and another language. A secondary education qualification (e.g., SPM, O-level) is required. We value a proactive learner with effective interpersonal skills who can engage professionally with customers.

Key responsibilities include providing customer support during field visits, diagnosing technical problems, setting up hardware, installing software, and maintaining smartphones and other devices. You will also be responsible for installing efficient networks and managing components.
