Job Description
We are currently seeking a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Flower & Gifts Retail Assistant at Nurhampers Creation S/B. This position will involve providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product selection, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Handle daily sales transactions and maintain accurate records
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Arrange and display products in an appealing manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual appearance of the store
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of flower care and floral arrangements
