Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Front Office Assistant. As a Front Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting visitors and ensuring a positive and professional impression
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Requirements:
