Job Description

World Vision Malaysia is seeking a Donor Relations Manager to oversee and enhance our Donor Relations strategies. This role is crucial for aligning our initiatives with the organization’s goals and ensuring effective management across strategic, financial, and human resources.

Key responsibilities include supervising the Donor Relations department, implementing strategies to strengthen donor engagement, and collaborating with other departments to achieve shared objectives. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience in fundraising or donor relations, exhibit strong leadership skills, and possess excellent analytical and communication abilities.
