Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Happiness Executive, specifically for Mandarin-speaking customers. As a Customer Happiness Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our Mandarin-speaking clientele.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Mandarin-speaking customers in a friendly and professional manner through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Providing product information and guidance to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you should have fluent Mandarin language skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience and knowledge of our products or industry are advantageous.
