Job Description

Location: Puchong, Selangor

Salary Package: RM 7,00 and above (Performance Bonus available)

Working Days/Hours: Mon – Fri (8:30 am – 5:30 pm)

Responsibilities:

• Design tailored solutions using CRM platforms.
• Oversee project execution, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as primary technical contact and provide post-implementation support.
• Lead customization and integration of CRM solutions.
• Deliver customer training and create technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7 years of IT experience preferred.
• Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
