Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Mandarin. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our Mandarin-speaking customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in Mandarin with any product or service inquiries
- Providing solutions to customer issues or concerns
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
