The Mission You Will Take On – What You Will Do

  • Manage the end-to-end process for Foreign Worker Administration, including quota applications, permit renewals, FOMEMA, ticket bookings, and more.
  • Provide operational support to the Head of Department (HOD), clients, and project owners in administrative tasks and communication.
  • Monitor and report relevant government information and activities to the HOD on a daily basis.
  • Maintain and regularly update records of foreign employees.
  • Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations and keep the HOD updated.

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Foreign Worker Administration in the Manufacturing or Retail/Construction Sector.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Mandarin speaking candidates will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to coordinate with government agencies and departments responsible for labor and immigration to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Age: 22 – 30.

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute: Shah Alam (Preferred)
