Job Description

Join City World Trading as an Outbound Customer Service Executive in Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This 4-month contract role requires you to work 44 hours a week, with Saturdays off. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to educate customers about our digital platform and its benefits, provide guidance, and resolve any issues they may encounter.

We are looking for fresh graduates with excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, who are passionate and energetic. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential. A valid transportation option is a plus.

Salary: RM2,500.00 per month.
