Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team at Gloco Malaysia Berhad. In this role, you will assist in:

Recruiting and hiring new employees
Managing training and development initiatives
Tracking employee performance
Improving communication within the organization
Enhancing company culture
Handling conflicts and disciplinary actions

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential. We are looking for a team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Internship (2-6 months)

Pay: RM600.00 – RM700.00 per month

Schedule: Monday to Friday
