Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team. Candidates must possess at least SPM level and have knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Familiarity with SQL systems is an advantage.

Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, creating sales invoices, purchase orders, and handling customer inquiries through hotline. Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This role is full-time with night shifts from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Sunday to Friday. The monthly salary ranges from RM1,600.00 to RM2,500.00, with benefits including maternity leave.
