We are currently seeking a Japanese-speaking Customer Service Representative for our Travel Account. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel-related inquiries and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.

This position requires fluency in spoken and written Japanese, as well as strong communication skills in English. You will handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat, providing information on flight bookings, itineraries, hotel accommodations, and other travel-related services.
