Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Recruitment Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for various job positions within our company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Screening and shortlisting resumes based on job requirements
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and suitability
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Managing the interview process and providing feedback to candidates
- Collaborating with HR team to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires
