Job Description:

• Call and negotiate with customers for payments and repayment plans.
• Plan actions to recover outstanding payments.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Track assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts.
• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines for collection actions.
• Meet daily productivity standards for collections and call attempts.

Requirements:

• Malaysian, aged 19-30, male or female.
• SPM level or equivalent, proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, ability to work independently.

Benefits:

• Salary + commission starting from RM1,500/month.
